Special Session Papers Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit their full paper(s) electronically through the conference website. Papers whose lengths are less than five pages or more than eight pages are not accepted; papers with seven or eight pages need extra page charges.
Approved special Session (SS) names are listed at the SMC2008 web page. Authors who think that their paper topics match the SS topics may submit the papers to the SS even if they are not listed in an SS proposal. Authors are requested to pay attention to session names the paper(s) is(are) being submitted to. When the SS organizers think that the submitted papers do not match their SS’s, the submitted papers may be moved to other Regular Session or other SS.
To submit a paper, please follow the following steps:-
1. Obtain LoginID(s) and Password(s)
The following information are required :-
- Paper Title
- Name of the Special Session
- The Authors’ Names, Affiliations and Email Addresses
- Upon completion, LoginID(s) and Password(s) will be sent to each author by email.
2. Upload Paper and Abstract
The paper must be submitted in Portable Document Format (pdf) file. Please refer to the Notes on Special Sessions in the Submisssion Website. An Abstract of the paper in plain ASCII text should also be provided with the submission.
Either the Program Committee (PC) or SS organizers manage review process with same review criteria given by PC. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is registered for the conference.
